There was no "misguided communication" and the guy who originally did my financing on Saturday tried to lock me in at 2.99% when he knew very well that I qualified for the promotional 0% APR for 36 month term! Philana, Brett and the other financing officer had it straightened for me on Thursday only after I saw the 0% special on a 2017 Certified Preowned. It was obviously intentional!
