Class Act! Mr. Michail Kravaritis was very professional and very hospitable. My husband bought a 2008 SUV with very low miles also very Clean.... He took care of us throughout the entire time of the transaction as a total gentlemen. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr. Kravaritis. They will take very good care of you, even after the fact. My husband and I got instruction on the workings of the vehicle again in edition to Mr. Kravaritis information on the vehicle. Lastly there is very nice touch that is a surprise after you have bought or leased your vehicle!! Nice touch of class if you want the best then don't settle for less!!! More

Professional and personable I was very pleased with my experience with Meade Lexus. I had every intention of shopping around prior to stepping foot into the Meade dealership. Yet I was very pleased with my experience with Meade Lexus. I had every intention of shopping around prior to stepping foot into the Meade dealership. Yet, from being welcomed at the door to inquiring if there was any refreshments that they could offer my husband and I, I couldn't do anything but sit down and hear what David I. (Our sales person) had to offer. Moreover, after hearing what he could do and offer I changed my mind about going to the Mercedes dealership ( I was in a Mercedes). Furthermore, I would like to say that the experience was just as smooth as the new 2015 Lexus ES 350 that I am now currently in. PS Rick and Marla were very helpful and personable as well. 1st Time Experience This was my first time buying a new car so I was extremely nervous and not really hip to the program. I looked at a lot of cars before making this decision. Ultimately, when I decided to pull the trigger, Jack Debenedet appeared out of thin air. There were a lot of sales people willing to help me so it was confusing at first. Ultimately I think it's just the nature of the place. People at Meade are extremely helpful. From sales, to finance, to the technology experts, and the ladies at the counter who make sure all of your snack needs are met. Jack was great and patiently answered all of my questions and overall the experience with the entire staff was very positive. More
