Friendly, helpful, informative I purchase a certified pre-owned Lexus Rx350 on Friday that did not start the following Monday This was very upsetting. I called Lexus towing. Corrosi I purchase a certified pre-owned Lexus Rx350 on Friday that did not start the following Monday This was very upsetting. I called Lexus towing. Corrosion on the battery cable was the problem. He charged the battery and advised me to leave the car running for a half hour to recharge the batter. I made a few calls to the Lexus dealership. I took the care in the next day and received a loaner. The dealership replaced the batter with a new batter and cable lines and returned my car that afternoon. I was satisfied with the subsequent service I received after the original upsetting ordeal. Thank you for taking care of me. More
