Lexus GS 350 AWD Purchase I just purchased a 2013 Lexus certified GS 350 AWD today a received the best service ever from Mark Matuszczyk! From my entranced he welcomed me and I just purchased a 2013 Lexus certified GS 350 AWD today a received the best service ever from Mark Matuszczyk! From my entranced he welcomed me and my brother in and offered us refreshments (which never occurs at a Chevy or Ford dealer). I saw the car deal online on cars.com and explained how I was interested in the vehicle. He went out of his way to search for the key, which happened to be with another salesman that couldn't be found. We test drove the vehicle and he informed me of all the features that the car offered. Once we got back to the dealer he then again asked us for refreshments and offered us pizza, which was delicious. I gave him my offer and he went and discussed it with the manager and came back within a couple minutes letting us know that my offer was accepted! He got the credit app ready instantly and I was approved that second. Mark went out of his way to make sure that the detail shop made the car super clean! He is an amazing sales man and I wish more companies would have someone like him! This dealer also has an amazing general manager that made sure our business was appreciated. I love places that make customer satisfaction a priority. Thank you Mark, Joe R. and Meade Lexus for this vehicle that I will be enjoying for years! More
