ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I was looking to purchase a luxury vehicle but never considered Lexus. However, after the great customer service I received from Mona Buchannan and t I was looking to purchase a luxury vehicle but never considered Lexus. However, after the great customer service I received from Mona Buchannan and the staff at Meade Lexus of Southfield, I will never drive anything else. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman who allowed me to look around the showroom without any pressure. After I found the model that I was interested in, my salesperson, Mona, came over and introduced herself. She truly listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me something that I didn't want. The model that I wanted didn't come with the color interior that I wanted. However, Mona searched and found me something that was even better. After that was done, Marla from finance came over and took my information and processed my application. Moments later she asked "are you ready to take your car home?" I took delivery the next day and I am happy to report that I am in love with my new car. Thank you Mona and the entire staff at Meade Lexus of Southfield for providing exceptional customer service! More

I've told the story to several friends, who have been both amazed and impressed. I have always had outstanding service from Dave, in particular, and Lexus of Southfield in general. Joey Fortuna should be giving seminars to dealerships on "How to treat car buyers." After going through the new car buying process last year, and again this year should be giving seminars to dealerships on "How to treat car buyers." After going through the new car buying process last year, and again this year... Visiting at least a dozen dealerships and speaking with at least two dozen salespeople from every high end German, Japanese and "American" auto dealer... Only ONE salesperson makes the grade and that's Joey Fortuna. He quite simply treats others the way you want to be treated. It's simple in the real world, but in auto sales, it's the farthest from the truth. Joey would, in all sincerity, do anything to make the purchase/lease work without the cheesiness and insincerity that litters 98.9% of auto dealerships. Joey went over and beyond, checking via email, text and phone call throughout the buying process, how are "we" doing. This gentlemen is a feather-in-the-cap of Meade Lexus Southfield. I am assured he will be just as diligent "after the signing on the dotted line," with any needs that arise. Looking forward to enjoying our first Lexus. The icing to the process was Marla Govan thoroughly discussing the bells and whistles, with a follow up email, asking for a second visit. Who does that? Certainly not "sales people" who are decades older that Marla, that do not possess one/tenth of her exuberance and sincerity. Kudos to Meade Lexus for having an All Star like Joey Fortuna. I look forward to going back. Thank you. ...now if only I could trade in my Audi:>) More
