Can't stay away! I drove a Lexus sold to me through Meade and Maria, do to outside factors I had to turn it in for a different brand of cars.. Breakthrough Sales Experience This review serves to highlight the breakthrough sales, service, and management performance of Michail Kravaritis, Kevin Ramsey, and Eric Lacy during This review serves to highlight the breakthrough sales, service, and management performance of Michail Kravaritis, Kevin Ramsey, and Eric Lacy during my Feb 2015 purchase of a used Lexus vehicle at Meade Lexus. To begin, this is my first public online review of anything, which I hope goes to show the satisfaction I had with the experience and willingness to share it. I arrived at Meade Lexus with my sights set on a single car. I was greeted warmly by Michail prior to our meeting by email and then in person. As a person in my mid 20s, I received unbiased and unparalleled respect despite my age at a premium auto sales office. After a short test drive and all requested documents retrieved and questions answered, I was poised to purchase. However, an extraordinary internal event occurred which precluded me from ownership of the car that day, to no fault of Michail or the manager, and I accepted their deep and genuine apology. I was to be contacted immediately if the situation resolved itself. It did. Two days later, I was offered a generous discount for my time as well as being personally chauffeured by Michail himself from my home 45 minutes away after a huge snowstorm in order to assuage my feelings and help me become the new owner of my wonderful used Lexus. After a long morning of shoveling snow, working sales all day, and picking me up at my home, Michail stayed until 10 pm when I finally drove away from the lot, waving me off. Talk about superb service and a commitment to my satisfaction. THIS NEVER HAPPENS, until that evening. A week later, I arrived to have my navigation updated per our service agreement and Kevin Ramsey took care of me with poise and professionalism. I was able to glad-hand Michail once again and thank him for my experience. I have enjoyed every moment in the car since. I would go back for sales. I would go back for service.
