In the meantime, I was provided with a loaner--although without my ES 350 briefly, I see that that Lexus vehicles are just extraordinary. Hoping that my spouse will consider one (any one of them) Tony enhanced that possibility. When I returned, Marla Govan gave me technical support once again, syncing my phone with my own vehicle and highlighting and reviewing the features that are offered with my IPhone. As a senior retention is not my strong suit, but Ms. Govan manages to explain the system and its variations with specificity. I am grateful to Tony and Marla for their professionalism and expertise.
