service David is the best....recently I was driving to Florida from Dearborn Michigan and in South Carolina had a problem with a sensor and my warning lights David is the best....recently I was driving to Florida from Dearborn Michigan and in South Carolina had a problem with a sensor and my warning lights came on...I called Dave and he spoke with a service person about my issue...He called me back and they both thought it was just a problem with the sensor and ok for me to keep going to my destination...he made an appointment for me at the West Palm Beach Lexus dealership for the next day and arranged for me to have a loaner there while they fixed the problem...he contacted me again to make sure everything was taken care of. I really felt like he cared about me as a customer and that " he had my back". This is my third Lexus ( I sold my other two to my brother) and the # 1 reason I keep buying a Lexus is because of the service I receive....not that I don't also love the car! David is the best! More

Thanks to Tony k, as I called to indicate my tire was rapidly going flat, Tony immediately told me not get on the freeway coming to the Lexus dealer because of how rapidly the tire was becoming flat. Also advised me that I needed to pull the vehicle over, I was hesitant, but have known Tony to be so well-informed with my vehicle and the tire went to 0, timing--Tony's timing. Lexus service vehicle came out to my assistance, a real professional, Mike Bui took care of the flat, safely for both of us thanks to Tony. While in the showroom, I spoke with Adam Grace about some personalized plates and other things, always helpful and informed. But the real experience in the showroom was the care given to me by Kristin and Nancy. Not just snacks, but assisting me with some computer needs because of the unexpected time I wound up in your showroom. They run that front area with such diligence, I'm just grateful. But still amazed that Tony took me out of a life-threatening situation we he insisted do not get on the freeway, wow--that's beyond value. Dona Wash More
