Used vehicle purchase "sales" experience I am a 58 year old single father, looking for a reliable used RX350 to replace an aging, high milage Lexus RX330 (2005 model) for the intended use by I am a 58 year old single father, looking for a reliable used RX350 to replace an aging, high milage Lexus RX330 (2005 model) for the intended use by my only child, a 17 year old male who just acquired his Driver's license. Although I live alone, I have always owned between 2 and 3 vehicles at any one time, upgrading constantly, having different vehicle types for different purposes. Thus, I have dealt with dozens of automotive sales individuals over time. Without a doubt, this was the best automobile purchasing experience I have ever had. David Israilov was gracious, informative, relentlessly thorough (in our search process), extremely helpful (and tactful) when he sensed friction between myself and my son, amongst many other positive character qualities. The entire journey, which lasted between 3 and 4 hours, was a total pleasure (typically, I would have been climbing the walls in under an hour). David's knowledge of the product was second to none, in both my opinion and my car buying experience. I'm afraid that my son, who just had his first car buying experience, has been completely spoiled, although he doesn't currently know it. In the future, I would not hesitate to return to Meade and work with David, no matter what my car needs. I was that impressed ! Answered all of my questions called 40+ times and multiple emails, no problem. If I ever buy Lexus again, it will be through him. I highly recommend him for future Lexus purchase. If he can talk me through it, (which he has done over the phone on several occasions) he does or simply says we need to make an appointment or just drop by and it can be taken care of really quick, never a hidden agenda! I have been a Southfield customer for 10 plus years now. Tony replaced my first Service Rep who I adored. I was hesitant as with any new personnel but I can say Tony takes care of both my current babies the IS350C and the RX350, and most importantly me!
