Buying a new SUV in 2014 I first visited this dealership in March of 2014. Karen K was my sales person and she was very knowledgeable about your products. She showed me several vehicles and I also drove them . She was very detailed and explained the differences between them. She also tried to find a SUV equipped the way I wanted it but there weren't any available at that time. I returned to the dealership in December after having done much comparison shopping and having a clear idea about exactly what did and didn't matter in my new vehicle. Karen listened to what I wanted and selected the perfect RX 350 F Sport. She is an excellent sales person; pleasant, caring, patient, and not overly assertive. She went out her way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and the services of the dealership. Marla G was assigned to assist me with understanding my new SUV and all the technology. She is a young person but very astute. She did an outstanding job explaining how to operate the vehicle. She was patient and very detailed when she needed to be and let me try to do some things for myself. I did not feel rushed and she did not appear to have any problem repeating herself or rephrasing her directions until I understood them. This took quite a while but when we were done I felt confident that I could handle the vehicle. She also followed up with a telephone call to make sure everything was going the way it should and answered some additional questions. Jaclyn K was assigned to go over the paperwork and she also explained everything in great detail. She did an awesome job helping me determine what needed to be decided at the moment and what could be done later if I changed my mind. She also bakes wonderful banana nut muffins which was a very nice and unexpected treat to experience early on a Saturday morning! More
