Extraordinary Service Excellence in every aspect I recently went to Meade Lexus of South-field to purchase a N X. I had reviewed, seen pictures and looked forward to this one car. I worked with Micha I recently went to Meade Lexus of South-field to purchase a N X. I had reviewed, seen pictures and looked forward to this one car. I worked with Michail Kravaritis, a man of endless patience and complete product understanding. I live in Ann Arbor using this dealership because of past care for my RX also purchased at the same location. Michael called when the car came in, I excitedly arrived drove and was totally disappointed. As I sat at his desk drinking the coffee he politely provided I noticed a lovely white car completely out of my budget. I asked if I could sit in the car even though I considered purchase impossible. Having done so Michael assured me it was his job to make me happy thus the car now sits in my garage. Due entirely to his thoughtful guidance it is both a joy to drive and completely within my budget. As president of a women's group of some 350 members we had a Christmas party last night. I told everyone about both my dealership and wonderful salesman Michail Kravaritis. Many actually went outside in the cold to view my lovely car.You will not be disappointed with either their sales or service attention to detail. More

Service needed for RX350 I had an issue with my vehicle's brakes and i called to schedule service to have my vehicle picked up from my home. Everything went well they dropped I had an issue with my vehicle's brakes and i called to schedule service to have my vehicle picked up from my home. Everything went well they dropped a loaner vehicle, diagnosed and fixed my brakes and dropped my vehicle back off. Terrific service as always. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with.
