"Perfection in every way that counts" We started our process at the Detroit Auto Show in January. For months we kept looking at various makes and models of cars, whenever we had free time. We started our process at the Detroit Auto Show in January. For months we kept looking at various makes and models of cars, whenever we had free time. I truly believe that I have entered a good majority of all the different types of dealerships in the metro area. Karen Klaassen (my sales associate) was so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to what we were looking for. My husband had a price point, my ten year old son had his two cents to add in, and then there were my own comforts and wants. I wanted to upgrade my vehicle that I had driven for the last ten years (a suv) originally I thought of a sporty sedan, but I'm a mom and need to drive kids around town. My new Lexus 350 fit the bill. What sealed the deal for me was Karen, she was able to meet my husband’s criteria, the entire Meade Lexus of Southfield got to meet my son and watch him explore the whole facility and every car, they were so patient with him and treated him so respectfully regardless of his age and he was offered all sorts of amenities (which they do for all of their clients as we saw while in the showroom and service waiting areas), but no other dealerships around town ever did any of the kind gestures that Lexus does. For me I was treated with respect and was provided an easy process with a beautiful new car. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to interacting with them in the next few years.
