Tony Krajewski serviced my vehicle on November 3, 2014 and November 26, 2014. Th Wow--a small word, but significant in emotion for a real gentleman. Tony Krajewski serviced my vehicle on November 3, 2014 and November 26, 2014. The November 26th date was related to the repair of a tire and November 3rd was part of the maintenance work. He even handled, what would be considered to be a small item--but BIG to me, a cupholder that was blocked. To me every little thing that you purchased the car for, you would want to see the continuation of its workability, if not, it minimizes the value of that vehicle to the owner. Therefore, this may not seem like big stuff--but it is honestly significant and Tony, right down to providing a loaner vehicle when necessary, service with courtesy, professionalism and just plain knowing his job--Tony is the man. I also appreciate the way his team has respect for him, Lexus in general, provides warmth to its patrons, for that I am grateful...but today, when a service department is able to indicate the timeline something will be done and it happens--that is great. But nothing but gratitude to Tony and also some appreciation to Johnnie Dinkins who spoke to my husband about trying to get him into his own Lexus vehicle....keep trying Johnnie, because I can't rave enough about Lexus--any of them.
