All I need to say is, this is how ALL dealerships should treat their customers. I was sick of being treated so very poorly by U.S. Dealerships so we went back to Lexus and we were not disappointed. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely seemed interested in us as people, not just customers. There was no pressure at all in the sales process and both Jimmy and Eric were determined to make us happy. I assume when you have such a quality product, you can let people decide for themselves. I just can't get over how wonderful they were compared with our experiences at U.S. dealerships which I won't identify here. The finance part of it was fairly quick with a little bit of sales pitches thrown in for certain products but no high pressure, just informative. I would highly recommend Meade Lexus to anyone for a wonderful sales experience, beautiful showroom, free amenities while you shop, i.e. coffee, pop, chips, granola etc..., and very personable sales staff. In all my years of buying cars, this is the first time I have ever had each sales staff person give me their personal cell phone number to call for any issues or problems or questions. That is at least some peace of mind. Again, wonderful experience and left feeling positive about buying a vehicle. I would definitely use this dealership again and would send family and friends there also. More

Even with a power outage this team made the experience seamless and timely. They go above and beyond for their customers. Even after the purchase, I've been able to call and get assistance with my vehicle. My boyfriend is a Mercedes Benz customer and was very impressed by the service at Lexus in comparison. The "thank you" cake was a sweet touch and chocolate is my favorite. Meade Lexus has a new loyal customer. More
