Second, Lansing did not have the cars we wanted. Third, Mona Buchanan was our sales person in Lansing. She is the best, and we highly recommend her. When Mona moved to Meade, we had intended to stay with Lansing only because it is local. After being disappointed with Lansing, we contacted Mona. Meade had one car we wanted in inventory, and were able to get the other car we wanted from another dealership. Mona is wonderful to work with, and was able to ease our way through the process. Mona drove my new car to Lansing, and provided the orientation. Fourth, if we want, Meade is willing to pick up our car in Lansing to provide service. Both Mona and Meade are the best. More
