Customer service is very poor I purchased a used acura and discovered that the cars check sheet that is used to verify systems working was inaccurate. I talked with Eric on this is I purchased a used acura and discovered that the cars check sheet that is used to verify systems working was inaccurate. I talked with Eric on this issue and they did fix the air conditioner that was marked good on the sheet but infact did not work at all. I also specifically asked my sales guy Hernando about the timing belt because I was burned by it before in my last acura purchased and he assured me that it had been replaced. But the truth of that matter is it had not been replaced and this dealership has ignored my calls to rectify this issue. I have placed numerous calls into Eric and Joe and still am waiting for a return call from the owner. But to this day have not received a phone call back from the owner. That is how they handle issues's? By ignoring the customer? If I had not specifically asked about the timing belt it would not be an issue with me. I would not recommend this dealership for any used vehicle as they pencil whip the service report to get the car off the lot and leave the customer to figure it out. Update: After finally receiving a call back from the owner after posting this. Upon discussing the issue with her in regards to the timing belt which she said was a maintenance issue. They will not negotiate getting it fixed or negotiate resolving the issue. I was even willing to split the difference. So I am even more disappointed in this dealership. I specifically asked the question on the timing belt before buying the vehicle and was told it had been replaced. Buyer beware when buying a used vehicle. More
