Best Car Leasing Experience Ever! Meador is a dealership we have used since 2014 when we originally leased two vehicles. They called us in July and asked us if they could buy our lease Meador is a dealership we have used since 2014 when we originally leased two vehicles. They called us in July and asked us if they could buy our leases and put us in new leases one year early. I was skeptical since we had 12 more payments on my truck but I played along because I was bored. I had no intention of getting a new truck since I loved the one I currently was leasing. I set an appointment and met Justin on a Friday at noon. He took my truck back to get it appraised while my son and I looked around at vehicles to kill time. Their offer came back pretty quickly and it was more than I owed so I said that they could buy my truck. Then I gave him two trucks to run lease numbers on and left. Justin did all the ground work and got back with me a few hours later with a deal I wanted and I accepted it. This was all done via text messaging. Quick, to the point, and no messing around with offers and counter offers. I told him to let me know when to come in the next day and he did. When we came in the paperwork was ready, and we were in and out pretty quickly. By far the best experience I have had acquiring a new vehicle. I would recommend that if you are ready for a good experience then go see Justin at Meador in Burleson. More

Getting a great lease and great experience I went in with the option that I was not going to get a great deal or with the option of wasting my whole day for a bad experience. But it turned out I went in with the option that I was not going to get a great deal or with the option of wasting my whole day for a bad experience. But it turned out to be a great experience and a great deal and Justin made it easy for me to make my own choice and dud everything for me to get what I wanted and the price and the color and the options on the truck I would like to lease. I will forsure purchase my next truck here and the service of my truck will be at the same place. Thanks for making me believe again. Jeff Curtis More
Inconsistent Service A good friend recommended me to buy my new Jeep from Meador Dodge Jeep Ram in Fort Worth, TX. We were then contacted by Thomas Payne. Later that eveni A good friend recommended me to buy my new Jeep from Meador Dodge Jeep Ram in Fort Worth, TX. We were then contacted by Thomas Payne. Later that evening we went over to Meador to purchase a new vehicle. We arrived a little late and we were worried that we missed our appointment. We walked in the door and Thomas came over and introduced himself. He was ok with us being a little late because he was still finishing a deal when we arrived. We waited for about 10 minutes and then Thomas was ready to show us cars. He listened to our needs and wants and he found us a wonderful vehicle. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with the vehicle. Thomas knew the vehicle in and out. He explained every single feature that the vehicle offered. We were sold on the vehicle from that point. We went inside to talk numbers and negotiate. The first offer was a little more than we wanted to spend. Thomas tried to work his magic to bring the price down. We definitely appreciated him for that. Soon after going back and forward with the price, Finance guy Eddie Prado came over. He was not very friendly. There was parts of the price that I didn't understand. When I asked him about it he rushed through it and we were still a bit confused. It got so confusing that we decided to walk out and leave. At this point Thomas pulled us aside and answered the questions that Eddie could not answer. Then we were able to agree with a price and in no time we had new car. Next was time for paperwork. Eddie came back with the paperwork again this portion was rushed through. We didn't get a chance to read anything, just signed things and moved on. I do understand it was late and past closing time, but we thought his service should have been better. After the paper work was signed, they gassed up our vehicle and since it was late Eddie told me to bring the vehicle back on the next day to get it detailed which we did. 5 Days later I received a call from Eddie asking me to come back to the dealership because I forgot to endorse the check from my bank. I told him I would come in later that day after I got off of work. (The dealership is about 30 miles away from my home. Each time I had to drive out there I would have to take 2 hours out of my day. ) When I arrived at the dealership, Eddie was busy with a customer. I waited for about 30 minutes when finally another finance guy by the name of Bo came out to take care of the problem. Bo explained to me that Eddie messed up on the check and that I needed to go back to my bank and get another check to bring back to the dealership. At this point I was really upset because I had to take off work to get this done. I came back the next day after stopping by my bank to pick up the new check. When I arrived, I was told that Bo was in with a customer. So I waited for about 45 minutes. At this point I told the receptionist that I could not wait any longer. She went back to check with Bo again and I was told to come to his office. When I arrived he told me that he didn't know I was out there. I gave him the check, signed my portion of it and got out of there as fast as possible. I attempted to contact the New Sales Director Larry Park to complain. I left him a message but never got a call back. At the end of the day, Thomas Payne was awesome. We enjoyed our conversation with him and he made us feel like family. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions if we needed anything. The rest of the new car buying experience was inexcusable and needs to be looked into. I do apologize for the long review. More

Blaming each other for poor customer service Service team blame each other for the lack of responsibility or ownership of commitments made. I brought in my truck for service and was told the nec Service team blame each other for the lack of responsibility or ownership of commitments made. I brought in my truck for service and was told the necessary techs were not available for a couple of weeks. I was provided an appointment, with frequent reminders, in two weeks to return at 7 AM with my truck. I arrived early and at 8:30 they informed that I would have to leave the truck and they might have it looked at by the next day. As I started, everyone blamed someone else for not meeting the obligation to service my truck at my appointment time. Even the service manager blamed his staff for not performing correctly. All this just to check the alignment on my new truck. Also, my previous service visit for an oil change and tire rotation resulted in my front tires over pressured and back tires under pressured by 20 PSI. Where can I find a competent Dodge service team? More
