I tell anyone looking for a new car to call Meador because everyone there was so nice, polite and friendly. I will say that the salesman that helped me represents Meador to the upmost. Kevin Eidson was very helpful in listening to my needs with what I wanted in a new vehical. Our first introduction was over the phone and it was if he had already met me in person. He was honest about what he could do for me to get me a comfortable down payment. I was so excited to be approved for a new car, I did't ask about the color. Kevin worked hard to get me the color, make and year model vehical I wanted. At first he thought I would like a red chrysler 200 with red flakes in it. I told him I really prefer a silver one and that's what he had ready for me to drive when I arrived at Meador the next day. Kevin got in the car with me and my son and basically explained the dealer's book to me going over every feature and function of the vehical in detail. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Chrysler 200. I was more impressed with Meador as a company when the gentleman in the finance department explained to me in detail my payment and coverage making me feel safe and secure about my decision to buy from Meador. I had my reservations at first because I bought my last vehicle from Meador Chrysler and the service was anything but exceptable. I almost canceled when I realized it was Meador instead of Moritz. Kevin's ok, he works too many hours and yet acts like a human being, not bad for a city boy. He's going to get the big head with all good reviews and that doesn't need to happen. My husband was doing all the communication on this car. We needed a new car and had worked with a few dealers on other brands. Our experience with those dealers was aweful! My husband wanted to deal through e-mail due to our extremely busy life and ZZ was very accommodating. Everything worked out perfectly. There was no pushiness, we stated what we were looking for and came to an agreement quick. My husband took my trade in up to the dealer to take a look and the deal went so well that he surprised me with my new car two days after Christmas! There was trouble with the tint on the new car and the dealer and ZZ were awesome about it. We had new tint put on quickly and I'm back driving my car again! Great people every time I have been there! I would recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!! More

My family and I were looking for a second car and I had come by the used car sales to look at a Jeep Wranger originally. The price on the Wrangler was out of my planned budget, so I found a Land Rover at a come by the used car sales to look at a Jeep Wranger originally. The price on the Wrangler was out of my planned budget, so I found a Land Rover at a bargain price and decided it would be the one for my family. As the passenger window had dropped on it, it was due for service replacement and unable to be test driven. The price though was such a good deal that I left a deposit with the intent to buy it. The next day I returned with wife and two small girls in tow to buy it; but my sales person (Sandra Borrego) insisted that I test drive it to be sure of it the "one". During the test drive we noticed warning lights and a shaking issue that occurred when we had the speed over 55 mph. I took the Land Rover back to the dealership and thought we were not going to be able to get something for my family. Sandra went to her sales manager and asked to have the Jeep Wrangler switched to the already approved financing by asking that the price be adjusted (lowered) given our turn of events. The managers graciously did so and we were able to take a 2006 Wrangler home for our New Years celebration. Our finance person (Vernon Downes) also went the extra mile for us throwing in GAP insurance and allowing for a lesser down payment. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone tire of being taken advantaged of in the past with car purchases as this dealership is Customer is First Driven. More

My only complaint was that another sales person had pulled a new car into the only handicap parking spot that was van accessible to show a customer the new car. He didn't need to take the only handicap spot for a non-handicap reason. When I said something to him, he did not offer to move the car. I went to Meador to just look. I already knew what I wanted but did not plan on buying at that time.
