I didnt get that here, i had the privilege of working with kevin and i appreciated this mans honesty and commitment torwards me. He didnt try playing me or telling me that because of my bad credit score he wouldnt work with me. Instead we laid out a plan to where i had an opportunity to get into a good used car and could potentially come out ahead. Where most car salesmen look at that number on the bottom line i feel he looked at me as a human being and not a paycheck. Meador was not the first Jeep dealer I went to see. The first dealer had let me drive a jeep overnight to see if I would like it. I was torn as I didn't find the jeep as comfortable as I hoped. I decided to check out Meador and hope to drive another jeep again to see if I felt differently. When I arrived Meador, Kevin was out the door to greet me. He listened to me and my needs. Kevin was much more knowledgable than the other dealer. There were a couple of hickups and Kevin just laughed it off which made us laugh. He let me try out a jeep over night. I enjoyed the jeep and decided to buy. I sent both dealers an e-mail saying what I was looking for and that I wanted their best offer. This is where Kevin and Meador stepped up to play ball. They were ready to make a sale and made things happen. Kevin offered me a much better offer than the other dealer. Kevin found me the car that I wanted and told me he could get the upgrades I wanted. Chris at Meador made me a good offer on my trade in. He explained the advantages of a trade in vs. selling my other car on it's own. Saved me even more money. I never felt any pressure; just someone wanting to do business. Once you decide on a car you want it right now. Of course, that can't happen however, I got my car with upgrades and was out the door a day earlier than promised. Kevin went over every detail of the car and answered all my questions - even the simple ones and he never laughed. Most of the financial headache he took care of with us corresponding over the phone before we even met face to face. I didn't have to be present and stressing while he fought (and fight for me he did)to get me financing that was within my budget. Scott listened to me and had the PERFECT vehicle to suit my very particular needs by the time I got to the dealership. He was exceptionally friendly and patient with me while I had to fish around and make calls because I didn't bring all the necessary paperwork with me. He even arranged for my sorry, broken down trade-in to be towed in with no expense to me. I have never had such a friendly and hard working sales rep work for me like he did.
