I have always owned Ford trucks, but after reading about the 2011 Ram 1500, I decided to check them out. I filled out a quote request online, and literally within minutes had a email from Kevin at Meador Do the 2011 Ram 1500, I decided to check them out. I filled out a quote request online, and literally within minutes had a email from Kevin at Meador Dodge. We arranged for me to meet him the following day and test drive a new Ram truck. I am disabled and cannot walk around the sales lot very much, so Kevin brought a truck to the front for me to test drive. It was a top of the line truck with all of the bells and whistles, and a little out of my price range. After the test drive, I was sold. I explained to Kevin what was important to me in a new truck, and asked him to find something closer to my price range. Within minutes, He brought the perfect truck out and I couldn't leave without it. They offered me an honest price for my trade-in, and arranged great financing for the new truck. Throughout the whole process, the guys at Meador treated me fairly and with respect. They have made a customer for life. Kevin as it turns out is the top salesman at Meador, and it is no surprise why. Since I purchased the truck, Kevin, Rick Hammonds, and Ken Purnell have all reached out to make sure I am happy with my new Dodge, and have not encountered any problems. Poor customer service. Drove a corvette, and was told they would fix a problem found on the test drive. Bought the car and they did not follow through with the repair. We went in to purchase a used vehicle for my girlfriend. The car we were looking at had just come in and had yet to be looked over for repairs nor had it been detailed. We liked the car but the front end had some issues (Shaking on the freeway / clunking when coming to a stop) I figured it was just the tires needing to be aligned and promptly let the dealer know that the issues needed to be fixed. We were PROMISED that the car would be fixed and that we just needed to bring it in the next day. The car has been taken up there several times to be fixed, each time nothing has been done. We finally went up there today to have it inspected and we talked to Isabell ( the woman who sold us the car) about getting the front end fixed. She acted as if everything we told her was a huge lie, blatantly lied to us about having the car fixed. Essentially she told us that we were idiots and acted almost offended that we would even consider accusing the dealership of screwing us over. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THE INTERNET SALES. She will screw you over. More

Last night my husband and I went to Meador Dodge Chrysler to look around because we’ve been thinking about a new family vehicle for a few months and we’ve been looking all over the internet because we both w to look around because we’ve been thinking about a new family vehicle for a few months and we’ve been looking all over the internet because we both work so much. Our neighbor referred us to Meador apparently he’s been buying his work trucks there but what surprised us was how attentive and focused they were on us specifically. Manny greeted us right away and immediately the vibe was just different than most stuffy dealerships. Funny thing is I told my husband we’re not buying today we’re just looking. However Manny, wasn’t extremely aggressive with us, the sales manager was so much fun as well we just fell in love with the entire staff there. We were treated very well and the customer service about exactly what we wanted was very well exceeded. We weren’t too sure what we wanted but when we drove the 2010 Dodge Journey I about fell out. I couldn’t be happier after talking with Manny I said, ‘you’ve got to make us a great deal or we’re leaving” Manny did everything he could and was very courteous and we really appreciated that the most important thing to him was our comfort and what we really wanted in our purchase. Soooo, we got the 2010 Dodge Journey in a black pearl. I want to thank the entire team of Meador Dodge Chrysler these guys are great and exceeded both of our expectations. More

I was trading in my 1994 S10 Blazer (which was a real hassle on getting a good offer) and looking for a car that wouldn’t be too hard on my check book gas wise, and monthly payment. I went online to shop first and wasn’t really sure what I even wanted. I looked at several dealers websites and they all seemed to have a pretty good inventory and selection of both new and used cars. However, I never seemed to get enough for my Blazer, or the interest rate and payment were too high or even the price just didn’t come down enough. So I actually stopped shopping for about a month to mull things over and get through the holiday season. I drove by Meador Dodge on a Sunday a few weeks ago and found a few cars and trucks that I really liked! So I went to their website and got in contact with Blake. We spoke at length on a Monday by phone. I just told him all that had happened and everything that I was wanting to accomplish. He told me to stop by the next day and he would have some options pulled up for me. Blake had it all ready as though we had talked about this for a week; he gave me a few options on what met my needs, and showed me the pluses and minuses of each car and truck. I ended up with a new Dodge Avenger, and I absolutely love this car!! It drives great and doesn’t kill me on the gas! The whole process from meeting Blake to driving off the lot went super smooth.
