The car wasn't fuly inspected, it was missing the spare tire and it tookan hour to get one in the car. I was lucky to look for it before I made it down to killeen. The sales person forgot to tell methat I need it a certificate for a rebate, after I asked him several times if I need it to bring somrthing else to the dealer. Because he never mention the rewardcertificate I spent anther our trying to get it since nobody in the dealer new how to get it. My husband and I were looking for a new car for me. We had already looked at some other dealerships but decided to buy American and wanted to see what Chrysler and Dodge had available. When we arrived, Kevin was outside ready to assist the next person. I told him the cars we were interested in looking at. Kevin led us to a Chrysler 200 and we test drove the convertible. He was non-pushy, there were no high pressure sales techniques used, he was enjoyable and actually made the car searching fun. A nice surprise since I was dreading every aspect of it. We ended up deciding on the Dodge Avenger, after several hours of thinking about it. When we went back, we told Kevin what we had decided on and what amenities it needed to have. He looked until he found one that had everything important to us. He commented a couple of times that he loves his what he does, and it really shows. I didn't want to go car searching because of the experiences in the past at other dealerships. The experience we had at Meador and with Kevin were the complete opposite of what I had expected. It was actually just plain fun, and this was very much appreciated. All of the functions of the radio are not working properly yet, however their service department has ordered me a new one. The service dept has been very clear and up front and easy to talk to as well. I have always owned Ford trucks, but after reading about the 2011 Ram 1500, I decided to check them out. I am disabled and cannot walk around the sales lot very much, so Kevin brought a truck to the front for me to test drive. It was a top of the line truck with all of the bells and whistles, and a little out of my price range. After the test drive, I was sold. I explained to Kevin what was important to me in a new truck, and asked him to find something closer to my price range. Within minutes, He brought the perfect truck out and I couldn't leave without it. They offered me an honest price for my trade-in, and arranged great financing for the new truck. Throughout the whole process, the guys at Meador treated me fairly and with respect. They have made a customer for life. Kevin as it turns out is the top salesman at Meador, and it is no surprise why.
