Waited over a month to get service on a ABS, Heater, and a Recall issue that would take a week to fix on my wrangler. And even though they had my Jeep and credit card they would not give me a loaner becaus a Recall issue that would take a week to fix on my wrangler. And even though they had my Jeep and credit card they would not give me a loaner because I do not carry full coverage on my Jeep - seriously?! I have never had this issue before, and they couldn’t have cared less. What a huge waste of my time! Go someplace else my friends. More

Drove from Rockwall to Meador because of the catchy advertisement on the radio. When arrived Luis was ready for us and had the truck pulled right out front for us to view. I wasn’t impressed with the leasing agent/salesman; was very evasive in answering my questions about the leasing program. My credit was great, but THEN he told me that there were too many mileage restrictions that I’d be better off just buying a new vehicle. A credit check for information? Ridiculous. If your debating shopping at this dealership, I don’t recommend. The sales rep kept coughing all over the car during the test Drive and wasn’t wearing a mask. They only gave us one key on a CERTIFIED vehicle The sales rep offered to send in the buyers order for us to Sirius Guardian and 4 days after the sale after multiple follow ups and them confirming in writing that they were going to do this, she tells us she doesn’t even know what a buyers order was? Seriously? The finance manager lacked any customer service No communication with customer Made customer wait extensively while several employees kept coming in and out and even stopped my paperwork for an unrelated issue on another pending sale. The finance rep maybe said 5 words to me during the whole deal. I didn’t find out who I was financed through until I called back because it wasn’t on my paperwork Believe me if I could return this car and get my trade back I would and would purchase from a more reputable and customer service Jeep dealership More
