Today I had a scheduled oil change at 10:15. I got there early. After sitting in the lobby until 12:15 I decided to look to see if my vehicle was being worked on. To my dismay after not seeing my vehicle be early. After sitting in the lobby until 12:15 I decided to look to see if my vehicle was being worked on. To my dismay after not seeing my vehicle being worked on I looked into their back lot and saw my vehicle just sitting there. I went into the service department and told them I needed my vehicle back as I was on a schedule. Why do they schedule an appointment, for a simple oil change, at 10:15 and not even touch it at 12:15? This is not an engine rebuild on this. The service employee who I had initial contact with never informed me on what was going on and I never saw him again. The employee who retrieved my keys never even offered an apology for such poor service. I left without the oil change being done. I bought my Ram diesel truck (high dollar) at Meador and paid for an extender warranty. It's unlikely I will purchase there again. More
