We understand buying a new vehicle is a huge investment and having mechanical issues is extremely frustrating. Our goal is to provide a high level of customer service to all of our customers, We believe we have done everything possible to rectify the situation and accommodate the customer in every way possible. We provided a heavy duty truck as a loaner vehicle to ensure our customer was able to continue to work and minimize any loss of revenue during the process. Our General Manager Charlie Gray was involved in the process from the beginning and spoke to the customer directly on two different occasions. The customer was ultimately traded out of the truck and put in to another truck matching his needs. Members of management were involved in the process every step of the way and communicated directly with the customer. Every step possible was made to assist the customer and resolve the situation in a manner that was satisfactory to the customer. We value our relationship with our customers and strive to provide a positive experience each and every time.
