Just wanted to provide an update on my experience with this dealership. The 2 sales people i dealt with were great. However i am having the worst time dealing with the finance person Javier Hernandez who this dealership. The 2 sales people i dealt with were great. However i am having the worst time dealing with the finance person Javier Hernandez who is the finance manager. Last week he sent me an email stating my bank had not sent him the drafting info. I contacted my bank and they advised me drafting was sent that same day and not sure why dealership did not receive and would resend again. I tried calling Javier and also email to advise him of the info. He never returned my call or email after many attempts. I was very concerned being that several days had past and my trade in was still not paid off and another payment was withdrawn from my account. Finally he responded to many email stating he received drafting instruction. Again i replied asking about my payoff on my trade. Still no response either by email nor to my messages left. I continue to call and at one point i asked to speak to someone in finance. When i was transferred it was Javier who answered. I asked him why he has not responded to my emails or messages. He stated he has been busy. When i asked about my payoff on my trade in he said he would check into and will call me back in a few minutes. Well that was On Thursday May 21, 2020. As of today May 25,2020 Javier has still not called back. THIS IS TERRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. More
