Service manager does not do his job, neither do the technicians. Our truck has been at the dealership more than in our driveway in the last 8 months and the manager doesn't know anything about what the timeline for repairs is (more than 5 times in 8 months - for extended periods of time). Most recent instance of poor service - they have had it 10 days and they haven't even ordered parts, or made contact with the insurer to resolve issues. They do not return calls or offer any courtesy vehicles and will not work with your insurance company - but use them as an excuse as to why they are not productive. Mr Christopher Michael Larkin - service manager will say what he thinks you need to hear to diffuse your anger and frustration with him - but he sure doesn't know how to do his job! No one in the service department returns calls to vehicle owners, and no one seems to know what's going on in their department. I had to demand to wait on hold for nearly 2 hours just to speak with Mr. Larkin and begin to address why they are not doing the repairs. When I reached him - he knows nothing about this vehicle or its status when it's been there for more than 10 days? After 8 months of attempting to work with them through these problems & attempting to reach out technician without resolution I have begun filing complaints with corporate offices and government agencies. Larkin responds with more lies. If he wished to retain our business, he wouldn't have asked us to pick up our vehicle after I filed complaints. If there were an option to give ZERO STARS, I would have chosen it. More

Jorge our sales guy was great. Very attentive to what I was looking for. I've always been a dodge guy. Always bought used old cash trucks. They had the brand new vehicle I wanted(over 90 days ago now)I show up, get the dollar details worked out and now I need to know about service, there was a multitude of new car warrantable things that needed to be taken care of, center console has a stab hole in it, driver side front marker light was busted, I needed it debadged and pin stripe taken off, they had some sticky square something on all of the wheels, the radio even on the test drive would cut in and out on apple car play, and a couple of the seat belt covers where either broken or not installed correctly as they were laying in the floor tangled in the seatbelt. Also a door switch was just laying in the back seat door pocket. See I've had a distain for this dealership's service department for many years now, my old dodge diesel tell this day still has an open safety recall for the passenger airbag. Over the last couple years I've called umpteen times, left messages to no avail. No call backs. Nothing. I've just showed up 2 or 3 times, wondering aimlessly around what I assume was the service advisor desks (nothing is really marked) all the way to down right going into the shop. Not a single soul acknowledged I was even there much less greeted me, told me where to go. Again nothing. I just left. Hopefully that airbag don't kill somebody some day. So back to the new Durango I wanted. Beautiful ride, spec'd just how I wanted, the right color I wanted, even got the financing in order but I wasn't signing anything until I knew service was on the up and up. I needed those handful of warranty things handled and what good is a new car and warranty if it's not serviceable. I was triple assured by management, sales, and the customer service manager that service had their act together since the new ownership. I was even asked to kindly hold off even writing any reviews until they proved they would get it handled. So dumb me signs the papers. Away I go, they were going to order the center console and when it came in they'd call and we'd get the list fixed up. Center console was supposedly ordered really quick and got there fairly quick(like 2 weeks after I purchased Durango👍🏼). Right on, maybe all good, when I picked up my plates that same week I walked back to service to schedule the Durango in, again not a soul greeted me, no real signs of who to talk to. I finally started walking in offices, this time until somebody irritated I was in their office asked how they could help me. I set up the appointment. It's like 2 weeks out. Ridiculous. Well 3 days prior to appointment I'm needing to drop vehicle off the night before, it's the only way I have a ride figured out. I'm not just leaving it there at night, I don't even know if the gates stay open(were talking dropping off at like 10ish pm) so I call to make sure there's a night drop. No answer. Call again no answer. I called 13 times and left 7 messages no call backs. Obviously I missed the appointment, I couldn't be there that morning and nobody would tell me if there was a night drop for the night before. I called and called, another 17 phone calls and 9 messages, the last being pretty abrasive asking who I see to drop the car back off at the dealership permanently. I don't want a car that can't be serviced in a reasonable fashion. I got a call back that time boy! Juan apologized, said dealership is still transitioning and gave me a number that said it goes right to him. Just text him when I'm ready to setup again and we'll knock it out. Well I'm here to report I'm now even due for the first oil change, text several times, called another 10 too, you guessed it, to no avail. No call backs. No responses and I'll be danged if I'm taking anymore of my time wondering around this dealership's service department aimlessly getting no help. I log on to my dodge app this evening.(2/4/2023)Oh shoot. Look you can schedule an appointment there right in the app, cool! NOT! Tobschedule an oil change it is over a month away!!!! What a shame man. Spent $70k on a vehicle that is useless. No new vehicle is worth anything if there product can't be reasonably serviced. Times up. I've already put 7,500 miles and have owned the vehicle well over 90 days but it's going back to the dealership. At least with the air bag in my old truck I can buy and change myself without the headache of this place. I shouldn't have to but this dealership will take your money and give you the vehicle but don't hold your breathe on any service related stuff. This dealership does not support the product they sale in a reasonable time or manner. The most irritating part is, this was my concern since before I even bought the Durango and I was assured in the strongest manner by multiple folks in various management positions it would not be an issue. I know working for Daimler Truck North America in dealership management (at least until 2012), you have to service the product you sale in a reasonable fashion. The vehicles at this dealership aren't worth the paperwork they have you sign. Hopefully they'll at least give me top dollar to buy it back. I don't want a Durango, I don't want any new vehicle that doesn't come with service. Exactly what I said before I bought it. Still true now. More
We had a very favorable experience at the Meador Dodge dealership. Good straight forward deal with the salesman Don, which was much appreciated. My team and I will work really hard to get better management in place. The higher-ups that I have dealt with this far is giving this company a bad name. If Chris Low is actually the manager, and management in place. The higher-ups that I have dealt with this far is giving this company a bad name. If Chris Low is actually the manager, and this man literally told me that it is NOT unethical if an employee tells you they will do something and they DON’T, it now makes sense why every one I had contact with beneath him bold faced lied, didn’t do what they said, tried to make me think I was crazy after they had my van for a month and had done absolutely NOTHING. They were full of excuses and told me I should be proud about the “discount” cause nobody works for free. Today - literally the same exact engine light is on, clearly I do not trust these people at this point and have to take it somewhere to get fixed. This has honestly been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and it’s unethical employees. I have all texts and 1 recording that FACTUALLY displays my horrid experience to any unbiased, logical, rational person that simply wanted their car serviced - knowing that it was going to be more at a car dealership, but who was absolutely willing to pay for the “fortune 5000 company experience”. I got the complete opposite! Please do not take your vehicle here for service! More
