What keeps this from being a 5 star rating on all fronts was the completely disappointing and horrible e and the car was even better than described. What keeps this from being a 5 star rating on all fronts was the completely disappointing and horrible experience in finance. After having to wait hours and over 15 creditors verifying it was me due to the numerous hits on my credit report, I finally sit down with finance and told the interest rate which was posted online was NOT what I could qualify for with a 660-670 FICO score. Finance ran my credit through by adding almost 3k additional on a warranty I never asked for and wasnt aware of the added price. Due to the age of the vehicle (2012) I mysteriously didn't qualify after putting $1500 down on a $9,000 vehicle. I asked them to take off the warranty and had to put another $500 down. Mysteriously I qualified but still was 8 interest rate points higher than what was initially stated. It was the classic switch and bait by financing and by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've gone through. I could have qualified at a better rate had finance not added those charges. As a customer I am appalled and as a Veteran I deserved better than the treatment I received. More
