First of all, I'm rating my overall experience 4 stars because buying a car isn't perfect and it never will be. I'm just a kid fresh out of high school ready to buy a car for the first time. In my mind, I see car salesmen as pushy and obnoxious people that will do everything in their power to get the most out of your wallet. I would think it'd be worse for people around my age because we're young and salesmen will think we're stupid and use it as an excuse to screw us over even more. Then I met Rich. Rich wasn't like that. He didn't treat me like I'd excepted or as some other client. Instead he treated me like a friend and helped me a lot. I never thought I would be comfortable with a salesman. Rich is overall a nice guy and didn't pressure me to do anything I would dislike doing. I was very lucky to go through the process with him. I walked out happy with a Dodge Dart. He deserves 5 stars. More

First of all I will say I have not purchased from this dealership! I buy a ton of cars. Over 150 in 20 years actually (I know I have a problem) and this is my first negative review EVER. I inquired about dealership! I buy a ton of cars. Over 150 in 20 years actually (I know I have a problem) and this is my first negative review EVER. I inquired about a car about a year ago and they DID have good pricing on their vehicles so that is not a complaint. However, when they bid your trade you are gonna stand up feeling like you're walking funny after being told to go play in traffic while the big boys toast their glasses after taking all your money! Again, I spend a stupid amount of time at dealership and are often low balled and you just keep shopping. BUT THIS PLACE TAKES THE CAKE BY A LONG SHOT! I was trading in a ZL1 camaro with 600 miles and they offered me $8,000 less than another dealer. They fed me all the typical stuff like they will pull a rebate, or change the price when you get there blah blah blah but nope they matched their new car pricing and gave me $8,000 more for the trade. Year later and I see another car online I want. They do have great stock so if you are looking for a specific hard to find model I will say they have an excellent selection. I call them and same guy named Doug gives me a bid on the car. I shopped 6 other dealerships that week and they were $4000 less on trade than ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP PERIOD! Either the used car manager doesn't know his cars or they are just that dishonest! Easy to offer good prices when you are ripping everyone off on the back end. Words of advice is only shop there if you don't have a trade. AT LEAST GET A BID FROM 3 OTHER DEALERS. It is worth the extra work. Every conversation with them will end the same (and I know everyone walks in making false claims on what others offered). They will say bring me a buyers order because we never loose business over price. Well, you lost two from me in a year. Also, if another dealership puts ALL THE WORK into putting a deal together for you. If they are honest, ethical, and straight forward then why would I then rip that out from under them and bring it to you just so I can get an honest price? Doesn't work that way! That is unethical in itself. Advice...…..RUN! More
