Worst Customer Service EVER!!! Meador Chrysler Dodge has had the worst customer service I've experienced in my LIFE of cars. DOES not matter if you have an appointment or drive in e Meador Chrysler Dodge has had the worst customer service I've experienced in my LIFE of cars. DOES not matter if you have an appointment or drive in early morning- wait time is always a minimum of 3 hours. Not including the time it takes for someone to help you at pull up... normally 10-15 minutes just watching the squirrels scurry around you like your invisible and sitting in a tree. Wow!!! Don't go to Meador Chrysler the service is crap and worst ever. Servive Manager, Junior - you can do a much better job training your team of zombies. It's time for Christina to enter into a training program. Customer Servive and time management still is not her strength after all these years. Revamp your program Meador, rise up and acknowledge customer concerns and complaints. Social Media is powerful!!! I've been coming here faithfully to service my jeep since 2015, each time hoping it would be better. Well, that was wishful thinking!!!
