"Lies and hurt"

I took my truck in for a oil and tire rotatio. Got it home and the emergency break didn’t work. Took it back up there. And they told me I drive with it on. I told them no because it will beep and the dash will light up letting you know that it is on. Now they are telling me that I have to replace the whole back breaking system. I only had my truck for 6 months and have less then 8000 miles on it. But for $1796.00 They will fix it. For something that I didn’t even do. This is the worst place to go. They try to nickel and dime you to death. It doesn’t Matter if you have bumper to bumper coverage. They still don’t want to help you. They don’t care about the customer. Once you buy your vehicle you are all on your own. I feel like no one likes to help you. And the guys treat you like you are stupid and don’t know anything.

"Service Department-Has to be the worst one ever!!!"

I had made an appointment online for 9/5/2018 for oil change, tire rotation and balance and recalls. I arrived at 745 am for my 8 am appointment I pulled in and after about 10 minutes the 2 males sitting there finally helped me. So finally after getting everything straight, they told me they do not have the water pump for that recall, I was fine with that, but I was assured that my oil change, tire rotation and balance and the sift interlock recall (I was told just a software update)would be done. I received a text from Christina if i needed anything to respond, well around 10:20 am I texted back asking what was the status of my truck, after about 15 minutes no response, so i went to the service advisor's office and I asked for some help, at first no one would help me, then finally someone called my service advisor saying I wanted to find out about my truck, waiting 10 minutes and still no one showed up, the guy called the service advisor again, (if she was busy why didn't she ask them to help her or why couldn't the gentleman just find out what was going on) so after about 20 minutes of still not finding out what was going on, I told them I just want my truck and that I was done. Finally my service advisor shows up and tells me they are just staring on the recall (mind you appt was at 8 am, and it is now 11:30am, I know it doesn't not take 3 plus hours for oil change and tires rotated and balanced). I told them stop and i just want my truck. Finally went to cash out and the lady just tells me to sign the invoice, glad I always look over the invoice because they said on the invoice that they did the recall on the invoice, so they had to call service advisor again to get the invoice correct. So i get home and they didn't even clean the oil that spilled from changing the filter and they rotated the tires and balanced them, but they didn't change the air pressure, front tires and rear tires where not correct. Come on Meador, where is the quality control on a simple task. horrible service this is the last time I will ever go there.

"UNPROFESSIONALS"

(-infinity stars) I have never in my entire life experienced working with a SCREWED up dealership like this EVER!! My experience is too long and horrendous to explain! The short story! Run! Watch out! Talked directly to Dan, Sam, Scott, & Mr.Charlie (GM) of Meador in Fort Worth off S.Fwy. Still waiting on the GM to call me back. I was specific about asking the process of how things were suppose to go. Ordered a part for the steering column from their service department on 8/16. Dropped vehicle off the evening of 8/20 and left key in DROPBOX. Was scheduled an appointment on 8/21 to have vehicle diagnosed and part put on. I was told the vehicle would be ready on 8/22. When I arrived to pickup vehicle—they said “NO ONE had checked the dropbox today”. Soooooo..... I had to leave w/o my car & was reassured that everything would be ready the following day 8/23. Seriously! I went without my vehicle up until 8/30. No one would communicate with me during this mess. All I got was a RUN-AROUND session the entire time. And to top it off I had to come out of my pocket $1200 for THEIR FAULTS. And NOW my car isn’t running again. What an awful experience! I will never recommend this place to anyone! GO ELSEWHERE! Trust me, it’s not worth the time or headaches that I put into it! What a joke. Low integrity, lack of character, basically dishonest!!

"Customer Service Sucks!! X 100"

- MEADOR CHRYSLER- Lacks Customer Servive 1's and NO

Worst place ever to take your car for any type service. You pull in and wow... they walk all around you sitting in a running vehicle and WAIT no other cars beside or behind you. As for the truck in front of me.... Meador Chrysler Service truck! Mind you they still don't see ME or acknowledge me for 13 minutes. How can I give you that time??? Because of THEIR clock on the service WALL. Just close down already, not even a C rated service center! Who's paying attention to this poorly ran operation??? Shame on you both Junior and Mr. Lyons!!! This has been going on for my 3 years after buying my jeep from this dealer.

"Worst Customer Service EVER!!!"

- MEADOR CHRYSLER- Lacks Customer Servive 1's and NO

Meador Chrysler Dodge has had the worst customer service I've experienced in my LIFE of cars. DOES not matter if you have an appointment or drive in early morning- wait time is always a minimum of 3 hours. Not including the time it takes for someone to help you at pull up... normally 10-15 minutes just watching the squirrels scurry around you like your invisible and sitting in a tree. Wow!!! Don't go to Meador Chrysler the service is crap and worst ever. Servive Manager, Junior - you can do a much better job training your team of zombies. It's time for Christina to enter into a training program. Customer Servive and time management still is not her strength after all these years. Revamp your program Meador, rise up and acknowledge customer concerns and complaints. Social Media is powerful!!! I've been coming here faithfully to service my jeep since 2015, each time hoping it would be better. Well, that was wishful thinking!!! I will never buy another chrysler jeep vehicle from Meador Chrysler and will postvevery place possible that you guys don't care about the customer and clearly have no sense of customer service or management accountability. You want 10's and YES... earn it and stop begging for what you clearly CANNOT provide Meador. Christine time for training or new job!!!!!!!

"Worst customer experience ever. Finance manager was so rude "

We purchased a vehilce in 2015 all was good untill fast foward we have issues and have to have our vehicle serviced and the warranty that we were told we purchased will not cover the issue because what we were told we purchased and what they marked on our paperwork were two different policies. So now they wont make right because they say too much time has passed. Well in theory when you purchase a new vehicle you shouldnt have any issues right away and now Meador wont make it right. And we asked to speak to general manager after waiting all day to hear from finance manager we drove 40 minutes to get a resolution and as we are sitting waiting to speak to the general manager for over 1 hour we find out he left 30 minutes into us waiting
