Update upgrades My mechanic called Mears regarding a repaired that he was going to do. Mears let him know that my car had missed some updates and took it over and Me My mechanic called Mears regarding a repaired that he was going to do. Mears let him know that my car had missed some updates and took it over and Mears handled them immediately. I appreciate my mechanic caring enough to do this but also Mears took care of the updates immediately. Thank you, Julie More
Everyone at this dealership were very helpful . My lease was to end in March and I went shopping around to see if I wanted to lease a Sentra again or another brand car. I shopped around (Ford) and finally went back to my Nissan dealer. They offered me the best deal of the day and I again chose a Sentra. Cameron and Derek were so very kind and helpful. When the car that I first came to see was also being looked at by someone else, Andrew, Derek and Darby were very professional, friendly and helpful. When the car that I first came to see was also being looked at by someone else, I didn't want to fight over it. So they showed me a another. Was actually cheaper and in better shape. Drove home to Akron where I did a little more car shopping. After 2 days, I decided on Mears because of how great the staff was. Other places made me feel like just another dollar. Thanks for being great, guys. Will definitely recommend More

I find every person you come in contact with friendly and willing to help. They have a nice area for customers to sit while they are waiting for service or any other reason and a great coffee and tea assortment. My only giggle is that everyone's shoes squeak on their floor. :) More
Overall the experience was positive but not totally. The sales person Cameron was helpful and positive. He even reached out to me making sure truck was what I expected. However; the general manager changed the entire experience over a lousy key duplication. He made the comment that, "we even filled gas in the truck and sold it with one key?" I have purchased countless of cars and have NEVER left a dealership without the car having a full tank of gas. There is no secrete dealerships make thousands of Dollars on both end, selling and trade ins. What is the cost of a lousy key duplication specially when I am dealing with a Nissan dealer that the cost is even less. More
