New car I had a wonderful experience. When we sat down with Glen the first time, he asked what I was looking for. I was expecting to buy the more expensive R I had a wonderful experience. When we sat down with Glen the first time, he asked what I was looking for. I was expecting to buy the more expensive Rogue. After talking to Glen he found me the Rogue SV with the premium package. This vehicle was everything I wanted. He even found it in the color I wanted. There was no pressure at all. I even waited 2 months before I bought it. This is the only place that I have been where the personnel did not purposely try to oversell me on something that was not needed. They clearly Illustrated what issues I had and any that were things to keep an eye on. They gave me clear guidelines of when those should be fixed or expected to be replaced and that was it. No pressure to waste my money. A side note there inside staff was so personable. Everyone that walked by asked if I needed anything of if they could help in any way. Just a great experience all together. More

Dissatisfied overall I ended up with a 6 1/2 year car loan that was not affordable. I expressed dissatisfaction over things that were misconstrued to me and was told that I ended up with a 6 1/2 year car loan that was not affordable. I expressed dissatisfaction over things that were misconstrued to me and was told that they didn't know anything about the loan length and apologized. The salesperson multiple times didn't know answers they should have. I wish I never dealt with them. More
