Adequate service but missed on the little things I gave Mears a try for the first time with some basic service including fluids, basic checks, new tires and some other random items on my punch list. I gave Mears a try for the first time with some basic service including fluids, basic checks, new tires and some other random items on my punch list. The work was performed, it appears, adequately but I did have a couple of issues. One, while the new tire price (with install) was competitive with or better than nearly every other local shop (only WalMart had them beat and it was by only a few bucks), when the invoice was presented they had charged $100+ more than quoted for the tire and install. When pointed out, they quickly changed it. Same thing with my alignment - they quoted $80 and tried to charge $170. Again, they quickly fixed it but I was not sure why such large errors appeared in the first place. Two, they did not wash the car following the service call. I just assumed a dealership would do that. I was especially upset with the condition of the wheels. They got a lot of dust and material on them, I assume, during the tire installation and changing of the break pads. The car was detailed just the week before so it was disappointing to see the car not only unwashed but really in a rather dirty state when I picked it up. Overall, a good to average experience but the finishing touches and attention to detail on the billing process was not where it needed to be. More

It was nothing short of hassle-free from walking in to test drive to negotiating a deal. Every one I encountered while in the process was extremely friendly. I didn't end up purchasing my new vehicle from this dealership but it was definitely not because of lack of effort or their willingness to earn my business. I have since taken my vehicle to be serviced here twice which has been a breeze. It's easy to make an appointment, reasonably quick and affordable. More

It drives beautifully, has many bells and whistles, and the most exciting part is that my 6'6" husband fits in it comfortably with extra head room! We would highly recommend Mears Nissan to others and will definitely be returning for our next vehicle! More
