Thinking a small dealership we wouldn't get the pricing. We walked in after being po'd by the 2 others, we told them exactly what we wanted, didn't want to test drive because we already had and knew all of the options etc. They worked with us on turning in my 2016 lease on a new lease. This car was upgraded for the same price another was trying to sell us the lowest model for. They were very friendly and laid back.Besides Cameron and Dustin, who by the way did a typo on some papers and drove all the way to Orrville with new papers....there was another fellow, who was a manager I do not see listed here. More

undisclosed issues with vehicle... Promised floor mats when car was purchased and was given cheap universal floor mats that don't even fit my Nissan Frontier. I think they went to Dollar store and bought them! Undisclosed issues with truck bed that was covered up. Missing underbody panels that I had asked about and was told they are not required...(LIE) Promised tow hitch with brake wiring harness and was given a four prong connection. Salesman was new, AT THE MERCY OF THE SALES/Finance MANAGER, WHO IS A CROOK, and I am sorry he has to be associated with evil people. More

Issues with service 2X I had two negative experiences with the service department. The first cost me 400 dollars after my extended warranty was suppose to cover the cost. I had two negative experiences with the service department. The first cost me 400 dollars after my extended warranty was suppose to cover the cost. The dealership did not communicate with me properly and ordered the 400 dollar part without my approval, then installed it. The second occurred with a recall of my abs. That was not the issue. The technician completed a rear brake inspection without my approval and did not tighten my lug nuts. My wheel almost came off and I lost a lug nut on the highway. More
