Again we apologize for the issues you had with our service department. The recall that you had completed involved replacing the brake fluid so the brakes had to be bled. We noticed that your brakes were very worn, so of course we wanted to let you know that. As far as leaving lugnuts loose, there is no excuse if that happened. We sincerely apologize for that and appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback.
