For the most part my over all experience has been I bought my vehicle 2 yrs ago, and it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. For the most part my over all experience has been great. I have taken it in several times for service and overall it's been fine. Twice now, I have dropped it off for an oil change, left my keys in the drop box, gone back after work, and they haven't done it since they couldn't find my key. We are a busy family and have to schedule this stuff. It would be nice if they would at least call. My truck was there. More
