I had to call in at 3 in the afternoon because I didn’t hear from anyone. When they answered at service they were just getting ready to call for an ok on the work and my appointment was for 8:30 am. Didn’t like that. Came to pick up my car. It wasn’t washed and the cats were parked so close together!!!! But my car was fine. Just a ton of dust on it. Price was great for what wasn’t covered under warranty. Was impressed that tire rotations was complimentary!!!! Waikem you had to pay for that. Overall very pleased. Thank you. More

This is the only place that I have been where the personnel did not purposely try to oversell me on something that was not needed. They clearly Illustrated what issues I had and any that were things to keep an eye on. They gave me clear guidelines of when those should be fixed or expected to be replaced and that was it. No pressure to waste my money. A side note there inside staff was so personable. Everyone that walked by asked if I needed anything of if they could help in any way.
