We purchased the Car Care Service Plan when we purchased our vehicle in 2021. The service department almost never remembers to apply the benefits. I had a positive experience scheduling an appointment online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. The only downside was that the price quoted when I approved the work in the app increased at checkout and then adjusted again while they were trying to sort it out.
