Had car repaired at Med Center Collision. Body work looks nice but my wheel had not been touched even though buffing and inspecting the wheel was part of the estimate. After pointing it out M Body work looks nice but my wheel had not been touched even though buffing and inspecting the wheel was part of the estimate. After pointing it out Michael took the car back to buff the wheel and the finish was damaged. He said he would arrange for a company to come out in a mobile unit that would refinish my wheel. He said he would call me when it was arranged. So far he hasn’t called me. I called him today and he said he would call me. He hasn’t. The insurance company has already paid for the work and I still need to have my wheel refinished or replaced. I live 2 hours away so it is not easy to make repeated trips. I shouldn’t have taken the car until all repairs were finished. I do not recommend Med Center Collision and this is disappointing because I was pleased with the dealership when I bought my car. Please get them to refinish my wheel. More
