Very pleasant when I first pulled up for regular service appointment! The service was accomplished very quickly! There was snacks and drinks provided while I was waiting! I made my appointment for 7:45AM and requested the courtesy shuttle so I could be at my office by 8:00AM. When I arrived at 7:45AM I was told the courtesy shuttle driver did not work on Thursday and i courtesy shuttle so I could be at my office by 8:00AM. When I arrived at 7:45AM I was told the courtesy shuttle driver did not work on Thursday and it was not available. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area and someone would be with me shortly to drive me to my office which is only .5 miles from the dealer. Fifteen minutes later, 8AM, I went to see if they had forgotten about me. The service tech. Said, “Oh, there you are. We can’t drive you but we can offer a loaner car.” Where did he think I had gone? I had been sitting in the waiting area! Frustrated, I told him that I did not want the hassle of a loaner car and that I would walk. As I was walking away, I overheard him tell one of his fellow workers, “Can you believe that guy?” I hate to say it, but I lost what cool I had left. I turned around and made sure they understood what awful service they were providing and made sure they knew I was not a happy customer. When I make an appointment, request the courtesy shuttle and receive a confirmation email, I expect them to deliver. The 10 minute walk was much needed to calm down. About 2 hours later I received an email that my car was ready. I walked back to the dealer and paid for the service. As I was paying one of the service techs asked the cashier for my paperwork. When the cashier told him that I was the one paying he said, “I was about to call you and see if you wanted us to bring your car to you.” How convenient. I thanked him and left the dealer. Do not offer and confirm a courtesy service if you can’t deliver it! More

Had a rear brake job at MCM. The day after i noticed two brake emergency icons illuminated. Called the service center and was told to bring my Mazda back in.
