The Med Center Mazda Service Department experience continues to be one of the best customer experiences I ever have. The online scheduling process is easy and efficient. If I need to wait, I can work like I am in a high-end office. If I don’t wait, I am given VERY timely updates on progress of service…including videos!!! Finally (and I have owned several Mazdas that I bought from Med Center), I have never met anyone in that service department who has not been kind, considerate, and incredibly helpful. I continue to be a huge fan…and my most recent experience was another great one! More

I spoke to someone on the phone to discuss the issues with my car. They were able to overbook me, which I appreciated. I told the scheduler that I would be able to drop the car off in the afternoon and s with my car. They were able to overbook me, which I appreciated. I told the scheduler that I would be able to drop the car off in the afternoon and she told me that she would make the appointment for the morning but I could drop it off whenever since it was a work in. When I got there Joe was very unhelpful even when I tried to explain the situation. I asked for an idea of when the car would be ready since I needed to decide to stay at the dealership or go home. He answered rudely, "I don't know how about several days." When I explained my concern, he told me that I dropped off the car late and proceeded to add several problems to my visit. When I asked if there was a shuttle service that could take me home he said yes but not for me since I was too far but he had no idea how far lived since he never asked. He spoke to my partner who asked why I wasn't offered a rental car and he lied and said that he did but I declined. This was not true and never happened. When I picked up my car one day later, the man at the service counter never told me what was wrong with my car and just sent me to the counter to pay. I had to ask them what they found with my car. I understand that people are busy and shortstaffed but being polite doesn't take any additional time especially when paying hundreds of dollars for a service that can be done anywhere. More
Very courtiest and professional. Brought vehicle in for oil change and rotation, had an appointment and they were on time and completed service in a reasonable amount of time.
