This is the first new car I have bought and I am 70! I just walked in without an appointment and saw Renee. She was VERY patient and went on several test drives before I said I would decide over the weekend. Monday, I called her and by Tuesday, my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee was in my driveway!!
