Salesman Jimmy Burgess was great to work with! Before I ever visited the dealership, he patiently and thoroughly answered a LOT of emails from this tough customer. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Interested but not intimidating or aggressive. That was my experience with the whole crew at Medlin.
