The eveing we went out, I went ONLY to look. I had researched on the internet so knew pretty much what I was wanting. Bridget, at first contact, was not pushy. My experience with Mel Hambelton Ford has been great. The salesman I bought my used 2010 Fusion from (Obi) was very friendly and made sure that everything went smoothly. There were a couple of rough spots in the price negotiation, but in the end, even though I paid a little more than I wanted to for the car I found out that the price that I paid was more in line with a 2009 than the 2010 model that I bought so it was obviously a very fair price. After sale service and support has been excellent. Very happy with my purchase from MH Ford. More
Zack did a nice job and was great to work with. I feel like I got a good price for the car. The vehicle that we bought (2011 Ford Taurus) had some hail damage. I was less impressed with the work of the service department. This is the second new vehicle that we have purchased from this dealership in the past 6 months. Considering the fact that we have spent about $70,000 dollars at this dealership in this time frame, I would have thought that we would have received a better vehicle than a base Ford Focus for a loaner car while the hail damage was being repaired. And it took two trips to get everything fixed. But it did get fixed. Zack was very helpful through that process. More
