He was prompt, polite and very easy going regarding the sale. Jaxon didn't pressure me and allowed me to move at my own speed, and most of all he was honest. Ed Hussein, assisted with pricing questions I had and much like Jaxon, he was absolutely 100% truthful with even when the truth might "hurt". For that I am grateful. Cory Walcher in finance was outstanding. Cory kept us on task and ensured we received the best interest rates possible and was no pressure when it came to additional benefits. Cory was friendly, patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Last but certainly not least, I have to mention Stan Bogdan. Stan was what I'd call the backbone of the business. As one of the managers at Mel Hambelton Ford, he deserves a lot of credit for the professionalism of his team. When you have a group of guys, not just one or two but an entire team, comprised of honest, hard working people, you've got to look to their leadership. Leaders set the example and Stan is that example. A good leader gives the credit to his team when things go right and he takes the blame when things go wrong. He is kind and patient and doesn't push you toward what he thinks is best for you. Before we traded in, we had been in the service department several times working with David Grey. He did everything he possibly could to make our car right, but it was like it was possessed. I appreciate everything he did for us. We also, go to work with Stan. He assisted in our financing and made the process extremely smooth. He was also very patient with all the questions I had. Cory in the finance department was the best to work with because he carried on a conversation with us and got to know us as people instead of just saying "sign here." We enjoyed talking to him. And I can't forget Oliver. He is the one that set my car up with Ford Pass and all the Bluetooth stuff that I don't understand. He was the sweetest person ever.
