Sport Trac Service I took my truck in knowing it had a few issues. But with 150k miles, I have hardly had to do much yet. Turns out, the issues were minimal. Even though I took my truck in knowing it had a few issues. But with 150k miles, I have hardly had to do much yet. Turns out, the issues were minimal. Even though an additional issue popped up after the service, I had a feeling there was more. These aspects are beyond there control. What made the service easy was I was able to get a ride to work after dropping off my truck. When the service took longer than expected, they provided a loaner car through the onsite rental service. For the small cost that I paid to get oil changed, drive belt replaced, tires rotated, wheel bearing repacked and the fact I drove a rental for two days and spent the same money as an independent shop I couldn't be happier. They took care of me with service you don't see anywhere else. Hopefully when I look for a newer truck soon, I can find what I like out there. More

It is always a pleasant wait at Mel Hambelton Ford when I do have to wait for an oil change or fast lane fix. With the Internet service and the little cafe right there, the time goes by very quickly. 2014 Escape Service It was so nice to have my car picked up in Hutchinson and not have to drive to Wichita to have it serviced. Matt Rich was amazing!
