You might add WRONGLFULLY repo'd. The car was delivered back to my driveway in 9 hours with an apology. They even made me send my payments at my cost for a money gram because they still had it in the computer that they still had the car for 3 months! I showed proof that payment was current pulled up on my computer to prove it and they took it anyway. Ive never been so disappointed in my life.

Bobbie, You did have a warranty, but from what we were able to figure out, Ford Motor Credit repossessed your car and at the same time cancelled your warranty. When this happened we were unable to honor that warranty. However, we did pay for your service, which was the Ford recommended fix, and gave you a rental car, free of charge, which are vehicles from our lot. It's never ok for an employee to raise his voice to a customer. Our GM has handled the situation with him. However, he was just as frustrated as you were when he didn't understand why Ford Motor Credit wouldn't reinstate your warranty. He's been on the phone multiple times with Ford, but all they say is that you are the one that needs to contact them. As for the Tires for Life promotion, along with every other promotion, there are stipulations you need to meet. The first is that you have to have all your service done at Mel Hambelton Ford. The second is that the tires have to reach the tire manufacturers wear line before we can replace them. Mel Hambelton Ford does not set this wear line, it's set by the company who makes the tires. We are very sorry for all the inconvenience and we are always here to help if you need anything. Even if Ford Motor Credit wrongfully repossessed your car and cancelled your warranty, it had nothing to do with us at Mel Hambelton Ford. We still honored your service agreement by fixing your brakes and giving you a loaner free of charge. We are disappointed in Ford Motor Credit as well for making you go through this turmoil. If there's something we could do to fix it, we would. And again, it does not excuse David's actions towards you and we will always apologize for that. Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you. We are always here to help.
