Dan Hickey put me in a rental at no cost to me which allowed me not to have to wait around while they diagnosed and fixed my vehicle. Not many, if any, dealerships would have done that. It is always a pleasant wait at Mel Hambelton Ford when I do have to wait for an oil change or fast lane fix. With the Internet service and the little cafe right there, the time goes by very quickly. You were punctual, which is HUGE for me juggling little ones and their schedules. The best part was after fixing my Edge you had it vaccumed and washed (pretty much detailed my car....which really needed it we literally just got back a week ago from a 2 week cross country road trip and haven't had an oportunity to clean out my Edge), Then you topped my Edge off (about 1/2 tank), didn't charge me for the service after realizing it wasn't covered under warranty, and finally delivered my car to me. Thanks for reminded me again why we love Mel Hambelton and are on our 4th new Ford. More
