Dealt with a Wanna b Mngr named Chris Yannes! HE'S A JOKE! Customer service from Chris Yannes Sucks! Went to get a lug nut key for my Wife's Nissan Rogue cause it never came with one. And we were treated like Customer service from Chris Yannes Sucks! Went to get a lug nut key for my Wife's Nissan Rogue cause it never came with one. And we were treated like liars and as customers we had no value! He treated my wife with disrespect and talked down to her! I told him he was full of crap talking to my wife like that! I ended up in service dept and purchased it for $16.00. Chris proceeded to go to service dept and told them not to service us! & he threatened to kick me off lot cause I told him that this was a Safety issue my wife not having a key if she broke down! He disagreed and said he couldn't help us! This guy is a Fraud and has no business being in Management! He's not even Qualified to manage a Peanut Gallery! BRUTAL! More

I had to take the car back three different times to get the rear view camera working properly. In addition, they charged me $500 for my deductible rather than the $250. I confirmed with my insurance company that they were paid the $250. Melloy Nissan has REFUSED to refund or credit my credit car for the overcharge of $250. More

Bad diagnos said truck needed wireing Brought in my 2015 titan to have checked ,wouldn't start had key in truck light on ,they charged me 460 to tell me that it needed the engine harness a Brought in my 2015 titan to have checked ,wouldn't start had key in truck light on ,they charged me 460 to tell me that it needed the engine harness and it would cost over 2000 ,I towed it to an automotive electrician and he just programmed it and only charged 120 but I lost my 460 dollars to these crooks More
