We were told our jeep part would arrive in 1 week. It took over 2 weeks to get it. When the part came in on a Wed, Dora called on Thurs and admitted it was there a day earlier but she was too busy to cal took over 2 weeks to get it. They obviously need to hire other customer reps if she is the only one making communications. Jason would often say he will call us back, referring to soon, but he would take a week to get back to us. We were told we would get a loaner car sooner than later, but it was later because Dora had no idea who had the loaners or when they would be back. According to them, my seat belt clicker needed to be replaced. I had no other means of transportation while waiting for my jeep part to arrive. They did not see that as a priority, that my safety was not considered, so my process took way too long. Also, they took my back bumper apart to fix a wiring issue related to my sunroof. When they put it back together, the reverse sensor beeping sound would not work. Jason said they would not fix that for free-- even though it was working just fine prior to them taking off the back bumper and trim. Also, when they put it back on, the dark grey trim on the top of the bumper was partly sticking out as well as the silver bottom trim corner unsecured. I was told I would have to make another appointment to get anything else resolved-- at my expense-- even though it was not our fault. When Jason finally did get me a loaner car, it had not been vacuumed or wiped clean. So we had no choice but to deal with it or make a fuss. With Covid-19 being such an issue right now, I was incredibly surprised. Totally unacceptable. I hope whoever reads this review will help get that dealership up to better standards. More

They are hands down better with friendlier service, price and great selection. No need to waste time going anywhere else Melton in Claremore is the place to go they have great prices and selection! Jayce Willhite was WAY above the sales lady in Owasso and the salesman in Broken Arrow. More dealerships should train their sales people to be more like Melton Sales in Claremore.
