Mr. Jeff Williams helped me with my purchase of a 2018 Volvo XC60. He was very kind and professional. He wasn’t pushy and let me look over the car and drive it. I took my time and then told him I would make my decision the next day. I know he was anxious because it was the last day of the month, July 31st. But I made it happen and I had him a check on the last day of the month. That night when it became dark and turned on the headlights, I noticed an error, a low beam malfunction. One of the LEDs in the driver’s side headlight was out. I knew it would be very expensive and I regretted calling Jeff. I did and he was very nice and said to bring it in so they could look at it. I also told him about another problem I had found and he said he would take care of it too. They gave me a loaner car to drive while they were working on my car and kept me updated on the status. It was finally complete and ready today and I am so happy. I’m glad to have my car back. It feels like Christmas. Even though I bout this car “As Is” and with no warranty, they made 2 wrongs right and I’m very satisfied. Thank you Melton Used Cars for everything.
