We had an appointment in the service department for 11:30 on Friday so we dropped the vehicle off the night before. When we drove by at 2:30 Friday they had not even started working on it. They did not finis on Friday so we dropped the vehicle off the night before. When we drove by at 2:30 Friday they had not even started working on it. They did not finish it until 5 minutes before they closed a 6!!! I don't know what the problem was but this is unacceptable when you have an appointment. If there was a problem that came up all they had to do was call us and let us know what is going on. More
